Negotiating

The Negotiation Skills workshop is designed to assist salespeople in becoming more effective negotiators. While most salespeople consider “dropping price” to be negotiating, price is that last thing one should negotiate. Participants walk away with the ability to close deals that are more profitable be closer to your “asking price.” JG&A teaches:

  • How to avoid having to negotiate
  • Dropping price is the lowest form of negotiation
  • How to avoid negotiating against yourself
  • How to create a “win-win”
  • Never give something up without getting something in return
  • How to have the final price be closer to your asking price.
